I wanted to reach out specifically to those who are involved in developing mods for Tears of the Kingdom. Currently, I am facing a challenge that I'm eager to overcome, and I believe some of you may have encountered a similar issue. Whenever I attempt to import any file from the model folder within the dumped game files into switch-toolbox, I can only see the armature, but not the accompanying 3D model or textures. This limitation has hindered my progress thus far.

If any of you have information or insights regarding a potential solution for this issue, I kindly request you to share your expertise in the comments section below. Your valuable input would be immensely appreciated.

On a related note, I am excited to share the idea for my first mod, a reskin for the character Purah. Inspired by the clothing design depicted in the AI-generated image above, I aim to create a similar aesthetic clothing design into the game.

Thank you all for your support and contributions. Cheers!

I've been porting existing botw mods to totk (with varying degress of success) and I'd be happy to assist you. Your issue is that you need to decompress the model first. using the mc_decompressor from GB, it's a mod you run on the switch or emulator that piggy back on the game's library to decompress the models in a switchtoolbox readable format. Feel free to chat me up if you have further questions
