I'm sharing the files I created for anyone with mod experience, in order for you to make your own skin/hair/eyes colors! Download the zip and start your project!

Included you will find the textures and 3D objects ready to import to Blender, BUT it's not required for you to use blender at all! Simply use photoshop.
If you don't have PS, I strongly recommend this free online program
https://www.photopea.com (free online photoshop clone)

The included PS (photoshop) file contains much larger textures of 2048x1024. I did this in order to make it possible to design high-detailed edits.

The following tutorial is meant for Photoshop users, but Photopea is very similar to PS👍

Requirements:
-Photoshop (or similar programs)
-BOTW Toolbox https://github.com/KillzXGaming/Switch-Toolbox
-BOTW Cross-Platform Mod Loader
-Artistic ambitions!

NOTE: This tutorial will only be going how to edit the torso/legs skin, but you can use the same method to edit the face and eyes.

Inside the PS file, you will notice multiple layers. In order to change the skin-tone you will need to edit both the Hue/Saturation 1 & 2. Click on the (Hue/Saturation layer) in order to edit the following.

Under properties, slide the Hue (color) slider, around. You can also play with the Saturation and lightness. REMEMBER, you must do this with both Hue/Saturation 1 & 2.

The included PS (photoshop) file contains much larger textures of 2048x1024. I did this in order to make it possible to design higher detailed edits before exporting the final render.

⭐Once you're done, you must save the file as 256x512 as PNG-24
(in order to replace the files found inside the Link.Tex1.sbfres)
To do this, hit CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+S.

You're new texture is ready to replace the textures found inside Link.Tex1.sbfres!

Open Toolbox and look for (Link_Skin_Alb) - This is the texture you will be replacing with the texture you just edited. Notice it's small resolution 256x512. Making the texture any larger will cause the skin to look weird over your model.

Right click on Link_Skin_Alb & Replace. Now simply find your own texture and replace it!

All the import settings should be automatically set to the required settings, but if you need to be sure, these are the settings you're looking for when it comes these type of textures.

After you're finished replacing the textures, simple save!

Compress file with Yaz0? YES!

Save notification? OK!

Save Link.Tex2.sbfres? NO!
You won't be replacing the Tex2 file, so you must hit "Cancel" during this window prompt.

Open your BOTW Cross-Platform Mod Loader & navigate into Dev-Tools.

So check this out. instead of hitting the Browse... button inside the Dev-Tools section copy the link to your location for the folder where you find the "rules.txt"
In my case, It's inside the ([LINKLE] Natural Breasts (no_belt)2.1) folder. Make sure it's the same folder where you found and edited the Link.Tex1.sbfres

Now hit Create BNP. Save it somewhere easy to find. YOU JUST CREATED YOUR OWN MOD! Now install it and check out your work!

ONE MORE THING!
When editing the face texture, don't worry about that strange little eye found inside the face texture, it doesn't affect the color of Linkle's eyes..

If you have any questions, drop them below in the comments section, cheers and goodluck!🔥🔥🔥

2023-01-17 13:23:39 I don't know if this is the right way, but this is what I did: Using photopea, for each of the two layers in the hair, I went into the Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation menu item and edited them there. At first I only did Layer 1, because Layer 4 was pink and I didn't remember Linkle having pink hair. But when I tested it, the hair was, indeed, pink. So then I just changed both. I honestly have no idea whether both are used. I haven't gotten that far, yet :D.

Thank you!!! Using this tutorial and the assets, I was able to get something serviceable in order to continue to use a tanned Linkle while also trying Felicia! I haven’t been able to make her face and chest colours match, nor have I been able to give her more appropriately coloured nipples. But I can wait for the real mod for that. 😅
