Hey everyone! First I want to say thanks for all of the kind comments and private messages about my last status update/pausing my Patreon. I'm really appreciative of your support and encouragement!

I have decided to put my Patreon on pause while I'm working on the larger updates I mentioned in that post. Although I appreciate people may want to continue to offer financial support, I honestly think I'll feel too much pressure and/or guilt if I proceed that way.

If you keep your pledge "active" while I'm paused, you won't be charged next month but you'll continue to be able to see any posts for your pledge tier. You will be charged again when I re-open my Patreon (I'll announce it beforehand so it's not a surprise to anyone). Just an FYI!

The projects I mentioned in my last post are all still in play, although there are a few key updates:

1) I've released updated versions of my male and female body hair now that the game has officially introduced it. The next thing I want to work on is new designs.

2) The error with werewolf penis selection that I mentioned has been corrected, so I can proceed with work on getting those parts finished and into the game.

Please be aware new content posts will be minimal while I'm working on my larger updates. I'll still be around in case you need to reach me for help or discussion, etc.

Again, thank you for the feedback and support you all offer (no matter how much). It means the world to me to know people like what I make so much and that they enjoy using my content in their games as much as I do.

Happy simming!

With the recent update to the sims modding/cc TOS, are you planning on changing tier structure and how your CC/mods are distributed? I'll be here supporting either way, but the new wording doesn't even seem to allow for early access anymore, let alone patreon exclusives 😩

Hey! Thanks for bringing this up - I actually wasn't aware of any change in language or terms, but I've gone to read up on it now. Reading the details, it sounds like they have two primary concerns: 1) Stopping creators from advertising for money *within* the game (I don't know how any modders who do this, but it doesn't mean they don't exist) 2) Stopping the influx of creators who market their CC using fake images/logos designed to look as much as possible like official EA pack and kit covers. I've seen a lot of these, and while I understand it probably feels like a cute idea to the creators, Maxis probably wants to stop possible confusion for players as to what is and isn't official content. (They might take issue with the fact I have a plumbob in my banner, but that's an easy thing for me to remove if need be.) If they do start cracking down on all creators, then yeah, I'll have to change from allowing early access (and the exclusive body parts) to only accepting donations. I don't know yet what my tiers would look like, or how it will have an impact on my modding output. I think I'll have to do some more digging around to see if anyone else has been contacted directly, or received a takedown notice, or anything like that. I don't want to jump the gun without knowing a bit more about how exactly this will all shake out.
