Update: SimplePiercings Compatibility (Patreon)

I'm currently working on a few projects that are proving a bit more tricky than I expected to complete. While I'm working on those, I wanted to put out a smallish update to the piercings mod for compatibility reasons.

This update adds compatibility for piercings for my recent SimpleGens WW add-on (a Simdulgence penis matching WW size) as well as WickedWhims default penis/breasts.

The only thing to be aware of - if you use a piercing with the WW penis and a condom at the same time, the piercing will not take on the condom color (for technical reasons relating to textures).
