Exclusive "Lorenzo" for Female Sims (Patreon)

With the male SimpleGens Exclusive designs almost entirely converted from RealGens, I've started work on making the exclusives available for female sims. Converting this design to the female body was a little more complicated than I expected, but I'm hopeful that doing it will make other conversions easier.

When I updated my vaginas to the SimpleGens setup, I improved the butt shape. The female SG penises had already been created and missed out on that improved butt, which I didn't realize until converting the Lorenzo!

I've given the female Lorenzo the improved butt, as illustrated in the picture above. I plan to include it in future exclusive conversions as well as go back and add it to the default set of female penises.

As usual, there's an update to my condoms for compatibility. The updated file is included in the zip.
