Better Boobs! Feminine Clothing Overrides (Patreon)

This is a set of overrides that aim to improve the appearance of feminine clothing tops in the game. There are two primary purposes for these overrides:
1) To improve the blocky shape of breasts across a range of official clothing.
The base sim bodies are good, but not perfect. At certain angles, parts of the body are visually blocky rather than smooth (owing to the limited polygons of the base meshes). Since my SimpleBreasts are smooth and round, I'd like that smoothness to carry over into some of the clothing my sims wear.
2) To improve visual quality of tops when used with SimMotion.
While playtesting the breast movement I added to jogging animations, I found that my sim's shirt was getting visually deformed as she ran. The reason is that the game's official animations don't move the breasts independent of the chest, so they never expected them to move the way they do with SimMotion.
BetterBoobs adds polygons and adjusts the weighting of a variety of clothing tops to improve on overall appearance, both while static and in motion.
NOTE: I don't plan to edit every piece of feminine clothing in the game.
For a few reasons:
- First, I can't completely remove all blockiness from clothing (hello pointy thighs and blocky toes) without a lot of work that probably isn't worth it given the game's visual quality overall.
- Second, some items are already higher-poly or less figure-hugging - a jacket doesn't feel like it needs an edit as much as a bra does.
- Third, some clothing doesn't distort when used with SimMotion (clothes with mesh edges around the cleavage are most likely to distort - think a low cut tank top versus a t-shirt that goes up to the neck).
INSTALLATION NOTES:
Just add the BetterBoobs override to your /Mods folder and you're good to go! If you want to remove the overrides, you can safely do so at any time without affecting your sims' outfits.
If you notice a piece of clothing that you think looks particularly blocky or messes up badly with SimMotion (or other movement mods), let me know and I'll take a look at it!
