[DL][WIP] Sticks & Rouge update (Patreon)

For easy reading I decided to make a google document with the patch notes. Easier way for me to edit any changes and keep people up to date, because who uses text files these days. (me as I'm not going to pay for Word)

Anyway, Sticks received her share of updates and Rouge got some fixes on top of the edits. A request was made to add "Abs" like Honey to Rouge and I added them also to Sticks. Stronk Girls right?

I might need to adjust the 6-pack a bit as they are blocky, I blame the lack of vertices on the area.
