The Neutrogena pink grapefruit body wash is pretty good! I’d give that a try for sure

Try getting a salve online. Just type in salve for boils. If they do come to a head and pop, change out of what you are wearing and if you are laying in bed and it happens, change your sheets so you dont spread the bacteria.

Try plant based activated charcoal body wash.

Both me and my SO have this problem.. Something that works for us is a sugar-lime scrub.. So you fill a small bowl with sugar and get a half of lime. Dunk it, and have someone scrub your back with it. Do that once a week. To maintain a cleaner back and minimize break outs I recommend getting a Nylon Japanese skin cloth.. They're very rough. But wash your back with it and don't be gentle (it's a very long cloth so you can reach your back by grabbing both ends and pulling and tugging at both). Dove soap (bar or body wash) is what I use. Both work great.

Hi Nik. I don’t have this problem so I don’t have personal experience on treating this but like most sores, keep them clean and dry to heal. I’m not sure how possible that is to do with rolls but you might need some time off…Maybe you need to visit Dr. Pimple Popper. 😬

I have been told I have a tiny blackhead by my cosmetologist when I lived in Hawaii. An appointment with a cosmetologist would be advised
