Ok, another question for you— on my site, you see a moving bar below each item that reads, "Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50."  It slides across the screen like this: https://itsjustwaterweight.com/products/emotions-t-shirt

Do you like seeing it? Did you notice it and did it encourage you to take advantage of me covering your shipping costs if you purchase a certain amount?

Does it looks "spammy" or unprofessional? Does it looks cheap or like an amateur website? Would you prefer just a STILL text notice at the checkout screen?
