I totally understand why you feel trapped. Here’s my suggestion: only keep making the noodle videos and stop doing fast food. You should have a big fan base for the noodle videos alone. There will be a drop in your income but you have to make a change for your health. Noodles should satisfy your cravings too so hopefully you won’t feel sick off camera. You will still have people loving and supporting you!

Nik people would watch you even if you ate healthier food. And I think you're maybe feeling sick because you go from one extreme to another. Either only fruits and vegetables, or only junk/fast food. You should work on finding a balance with food. You can lose weight and be healthy and not be vegan, or not be someone who only eats fruits and vegetables. Nobody I know watches you because of what you eat. They watch because they like watching YOU. It will be okay ❤. Just do what you need to do and we will wait.

I agree with everyone above, we dont watch you for the food you eat, we watch you for you. If you need to start eating healthier options you are still going to get views. Maybe think about some stories you can tell or some topics you are passionate talking about and just sit and talk, your loyal people will still watch I promise.

Would be more workout a solution? To work of calories? I know you are super busy with all your videos and meetings and editing. It was just an idea! To start slowly and raise the workout a little each week ! I’m not an expert but maybe it’s a thing to think about! Also if you go on a weight loss journey....on YouTube, you might be surprised how many people will follow you because especially in January a lot of people start that and you would be a great support on that journey with them

Hey Nik, the scales change as you’re moving them to different places on the floor. You need to put them in the same spot all of the time to be consistent. I’m 360lbs down from 406lbs last Jan, we’re so skinny 👏😜🥑🇬🇧🥰 on a serious note...so much more difficult to lose than put on...save yourself now! I had a Gastric balloon for 6 months, it was hell and expensive!

I agree with those people who are suggesting that you should maybe just keep the "king noodle" channel and have noodles on camera while you eat healthy off camera. We like you as you are, your voice is great, your spirit and charisma too. I suppose that a good amount of people, like us, would follow you even if you were to turn to a healthy diet . A real healthy diet,though,not only fruits or veggies, you should have the right carbs,such as brown rice or quinoa.

I’m so sorry you’re feeling like this. One thing I’ll say is that you can’t buy your health. There will always be a way to get money, even with your past that you’re concerned about, but your health and your happiness are things you can’t buy. I know your views might drop but changing up your schedule and the things you eat won’t be as detrimental to you as you might think. Lots of people, me included, watch you for your chats, your personality, your skits and jokes, the eating in my opinion is secondary and not even that important. You aren't being honest with yourself. I became a dentist at 25. I worked 6 and a half days, striking while the iron is hot. I encorporated like you did. Forward to a few years years later . Health or great income. My life became better, more balanced but my income dropped of course. It ended up that I actually became more efficient. I learned to work less and

Nick have you foundd other people that were your weight, changed their diet but were satisfied and able to fall asleep? Your stomach should shrink as you eat less and you will or should get use to eating less. Initially it will be tough but it will get easier. Don’t let this ruin your health. At some point your health needs to be a priority and this really is now. People are drawn to your personality, charm and entertainment that you provide.

Things that have helped me is not eating fast food (so much oil) , getting an oil atomizer for roasted veggies. Track everything you eat, macros are everything.

I think you are more than entertaining. Maybe switch to vloging during the week And showing them what you eat through out the day. I think your mental health is more important than the food. Im not sure with the money situation but i think you should do what will benefit you mentally and physically
