Wow, that was hard to watch. I hope you are both okay. I know every couple fights but you to should try and calm yourself instead of getting physical like that. The guilt after must be terrible that you both got to that point with each other. Living, eating, working together and now with covid restrictions are tight here in the uk again. Nick the hitting is disturbing. I have domestic violence in my history as a child and adult. I grew up with a mentally unstable brother who used to get mad and attack or throw things. I have never hit back because of not allowing another person's violence turn myself into the same thing. Please stop hitting each other. You both can go to jail.
