Anything attractive can cause sexual arousal. It seems to be an arbitrary clause for them to lock the account. The only thing I can think of is the Goth Girls can be seen as a fetish. And they are a recent addition. But this appears arbitrary. Maybe if you try putting them chest or shoulder up? What I hate is that they don't really explain what part is the issue.
