update on 30$ tier (Patreon)

i used to allow it so that you can turn your previous month's sketch commission to be fully finished the next, however i will no longer be doing that! its more effort than just simply lining and coloring a basic sketch as ive now started to color the sketches. i have to basically redo the colors from the sketch entirely after i do the lineart, and its too much effort for the price oTL. 

tldr: for now on, each sketch commission will have to be unique, i will no longer be offering upgrades to prior month's commissions to make it a fully done pic
