how can i make my patreon better? (Patreon)

ive gotten two exit survey results lately where people say they unsub because they do not like the rewards for my patreon, so i ask you how can i make my page better?

i do not mean to call out those who unsub! i just wanna make my page the best it can be! i wanna learn and grow yknow?

Maybe open up some of the upper tiers? Or, add some tiers in the middle with different bonuses, $5 to $30 is a bit of a jump, something in between that might be good.

I feel like there's a lot of people that want comms, but, like, there's only so many things you can take on at a time. I'm not entirely sure what else you could offer since no one wants you to overwork yourself. Sorry, this doesn't really help much 😅

Yeah I agree with Jack. You're pretty active and post frequently, but I do wish you offered something between the $5 tier and the $30 tier.

the upper tiers are for commissions, and i dont want to burn myself out by taking on too many a month! im not sure what else to offer other than just regular art, bc the monthly sequences that you could vote for and submit characters for 10$ also burned me out. i only offer what i can handle. i may open up regular monthly single pics you can submit chgaracters for, but no more sequences unless i want to make them on my own terms

what would you suggest for in between tiers? i did monthly sequences for a while but had to close that down due to burn out

I was going to suggest sketches, but you already do that for the $30 tier.. maybe sketch icons? Sorry I dont really know what else I you could do.

i likely wont open any more commission tiers/slots as i already take on a lot of those a month and dont want to overwork myself

Of course I don't want you to burn yourself out, I can understand how stressful working with such a load can be. Perhaps instead something less direct? Art streams might not be a bad idea, and I liked your idea of summiting characters! Perhaps you could expand that to a poll?

i already do art streams! twitch for sfw art, picarto for nsfw art. the character submission idea was already a poll as well!
