TECHNICALLY, this is only supposed to go in spoiler tier rn, but tomorrow’s my bday so I’m changing the rules because I wanna talk about this page to e v e r y o n e

I don’t think I’ve officially posted Reyna outside of the spoilers tier until now, so here y’all go! Red’s ACTUAL mama. 

okay but now I need To ramble a little about some minor panels here that will be glazed over very fast, but have some significance to me

1. “I don’t need you to show me the best of you” being said specifically while he’s touching their short hair - the hair that they HATE because they always thought their long hair was the most beautiful thing about them, but Red’s never seen their long hair. And they cut their hair because Rachel made them feel like the best pieces of them just weren’t good enough, and here’s Red, completely ignorant of that, and saying all of this anyway. 

2. The colors in the first two panels. Specifically, the first one: Chris is overlayed With blue, in front of a blue background, and Red with his red/pink color, but the colors reflecting off of one another to represent how the see pieces of themselves in one another. The second one is Red’s view of himself(blue) and Chris (red/pink) which I could go into another day, but I accidentally published this already so now I’m editing it before anyone notices I fucked up goodnight
