"Janine notices an increase in Team Rocket's presence and activity and investigates a nearby facility to gather intel. Unfortunately she sneaks into a hideout with heavy surveillance and is captured immediately. Though she doesn't know anything, she holds firm and remains silent in interrogation. On reviewing the footage, her aimless wandering make it clear she doesn't know anything. They decide to torture her anyway to not only make sure she doesn't know anything, but to keep her from returning."
