Here's the final pic. I decided to feature Elizabeth and Meliodas from Seven Deadly Sins as they are an angel and demon respectively. Onto the setup: 

"Meliodas has a set of stocks delivered to the Boar Hat. It's finally here! This will bring in tons of new customers! He recalls going to another pub nearby where they had a set of stocks and would lock one of the barmaids in the stocks. They would remove her boots and tickle her mercilessly while dozens and dozens of onlookers formed a crowd. Now.... I just need someone to test this out. He whispers to Diane and Merlin his plan. They giggle to themselves and watch him as he calls Elizabeth over with her belly dancing outfit in hand. They watch him convince her to change into the outfit and wait until he gives the call for them to come over."
