"Jubilee kicks desperately against her bonds. It's bad enough she was separated from Storm and Rogue to be placed in this maze, but after several armed robots surround her, she's forced to surrender. After fitting with a collar to stop her powers she reluctantly places herself into a huge chair. "Don't move or this could hurt. My machines aren't always accurate," boomed a voice from speakers in all corners of the metal room. As the chair reclines and puts her feet up, several robot arms come to remove her boots and socks and slowly but firmly place them into a set of stocks that rose from the floor directly in front of the chair. As her bare ankles are placed in, it quickly shuts and locks. If she had fought the hands in any way, she would've easily lost a foot. As bonds come around her wrists to hold them in, a screen also descends next to her. The screen comes on showing Arcade's sneering face. "Since you X-freaks insist on messing with my business, it's only fair you take part in an experiment to test out my new toy! I've tested it out on dozens of people but no mutants. This will be valuable data..." Arcade trails off as he presses buttons on a console near him. The chair begins to whirr as several more hands appear around her bare feet and near her sides. "Hmph, what are you gonna do, tickle me to death? Where are my friends??" He answers both questions by pressing a single button causing 2 small windows to appear on the screen. They feature Storm and Rogue already in hysterics bucking and laughing with tears in their eyes. Rogue was able to shout curses in between loud outbursts while Storm was clearly weak in silent laughter. "But why? We don't know anything about what you're planning?" she said weakly. If they could be made to laugh hysterically without escape, she stood no chance. "I know. and I plan to keep it that way. We've already moved operations once we discovered you. This is just to keep your team busy. It's also pretty amusing!" With that he presses one last button causing all the arms to come to life slowly wiggling near her. "Showtime, my dear. Let's see how you handle it."

While he's not a popular x-villain nowadays, Arcade's pretty much the perfect villain for scenarios like this. Basically a rich inventor that makes horrible machines and traps. While they usually are made for murder he's definitely used them to tickle people which made him the obvious choice. In any case, have a great weekend all! Hope you enjoy, and keep a lookout for the next one.
