Irisroth is the Queen of Flesh. She's Loviatar's Chosen and is a powerful Drow with godlike powers.

Story

Irisroth is now completely mad, beyond any recognition. She lost her mind after loosing her soulmate when she was 23 in a tragic accident. After years of drifting, she became a powerful mage and her lack of inhibitions and morale attracted the attention of the Mage of Thays that wanted to experiment on her very particular mind. She was captured by the Mages of Thay.
Somehow years later, she managed to escape the Doomvault dungeon and stole them many secrets and artefacts. With this newly acquired knowledge and powers, she created her own demi plane, The Realm of Flesh, where almost everything is made of flesh or bones and retreated there.

Activities

When she does not reside on her plane in Okron, Irisroth travels the multiverse harvesting creatures to utilize their flesh to create her abominations and develop her demi-plane. She uses Doomfang, a warped fleshy creature as Spelljammer Vessel, born from her mad and twisted brain.

Okron is the capital city of her realm. In its heart lies her palace. A world of lust, debauchery, pain and torture.

Mindset

For Irisroth, pain and pleasure are intimately linked. She likes to torture, inflict pain and pleasure alike as an overwhelming feeling. She bath in blood and bile to recover her energy. She can warp her body at will and embody anything she likes. She like to seduce other humanoid creatures to make them their puppet and ultimately warp them to her whishes.

Insatiable Lust
One thing that defines her the most is her insatiable lust. she craves for bodies and flesh and her whole mind is turned toward receiving the most pleasure she can find and inflict the most pain she can.

Special Abilities

Ultimate Metamorph
Irisroth can take any form she likes. She can enlarge her body at will, grow members, spikes, flesh, bones, tails etc... She has a very prolific imagination and she constantly try to find new shapes. Her madness is almost infinite and it fuels her imagination.

Pain Healing
She can heal herself from the pain and torture she inflict on her victims and foes. Every damage she inflicts heals her of the same amount.

Adventure Hook

Your party may well be invited to her realm through a visit to a mundane Brothel / Brothel - Hi-Res, where one of her worshipers might propose you to flesh out your wildest phantasms and kinks. One only needs consent to enter her plane, consent that can easily be extorted through drugs and sex.

Once in her realm, You might first tasted the pleasure of her servants warmed bodies but it might soon transform into torture once you get addicted. Your party will need all its willpower to resist their fate and life of slavery or worse, discover what lies behind the veil of lust and finaly escape the plane.
