Obsidian (Patreon)

Hi Gals and guys,

I already talked about Obsidian earlier to some of you and even posted a sample of what you can do with it for RPGs and home building.

Here is the time to make a more complete presentation of it to all of you

Obsidian is a wonderful text based note tool and a powerful database to create your content and your worldbuilding.

Obsidian requires of bit of customizing and learning to be used effectively but it really worth it. There is a Foundry VTT plugin that enables you to export your Obsidian content into Foundry Journal entries. This is a gem.

Must-have plug-ins :

- Excalidraw to create sketches and diagrams. Useful to materialize your campaign walkthrough and branches : https://excalidraw.com/

- Obsidian Leaflet : enable pins and icons linked to notes to be applied on top of images. Perfect to make world and city maps etc..... 

I use Obsidian for several month now to build my Valombreuse setting and I could not do without it.
