This is the sixth floor of Arkhan's Tower.

As for other levels, access is done by magical portals.
4 incubators are installed and each hosts an dragon egg. Up to you to decide the state of advancement of the broodings and the nature of the eggs.

PCs might try to steal one egg but they have the size of a human adult and weights around 100 kg (200 pounds). You should set magical alarms on the devices and set a few hellish traps to protect the eggs. For example you could have the statues on the walls breath fire onto the PCs or cast a fireball.
