I second lindsey, do the live anyways! 🤪 or just whenever you really want to I think we're all down for whatever is best for you. also proud of you for doing the zoom therapy! i'm the same way with phone calls. i've been holding off on therapy this entire pandemic because of that very reason, i'm too nervous for phone calls or zoom. so HECK YEAH you go girl!!
