The situation: Junta finally awakened. Tomoko is admiring the hero while he works on the three brothers.

I think this panel looks really good especially the background, so I turned it into a promo... I spent a lot of time on the background (seriously) to re-create that flooded restaurant, and I always think the original manga is missing something important, there should be some poor fishes jumping around :)
