Because these are doujinshi so I am not making a single dollar off this, in fact for the first pack I do it at a loss because I forget there is something called the hefty paypal fees :(

Want to say a few things about the costs.

1) Since I am only printing in such tiny quantity, cost per book is high.

2) I don't know any manga printer that will do such small quantity, so these doujinshi are using materials that are usually used for art books and magazines instead of manga.

Pros: high quality, coated papers will protect the page from minor liquid spills and aging. The ink is sitting on the page instead of going into the page so it supposed to make images look sharper. Some traditional manga pages can get yellowish fairly quickly and vulnerable to various types of damages.

Cons: high cost again. Some may actually prefer the rough/raw manga page texture over smooth polished silky page texture.

3) Shipping cost is always high, but big platforms like Amazon have special deals with shippers so they can keep it very low so many people are getting used to cheap to free shipping these days. Pretty sure it is an anti-competition practice.
