Hello loves! ヾ(*´∀`*)ノ

How are you? I hope the new week is treating you well~ Last week I made an effort to concentrate on drawing poses I typically shy away from. And I'll be honest it was largely an uphill battle. I don't know what it is about the human brain and naturally resisting change, but I was going through it with these drawings. There were many times throughout the process where I just wanted to stop and draw poses that were familiar instead. BUT. That's not how change works! And I'm dedicated to change in the glorious year of 2019 so I WILL redraw that foot 50 times if it means pushing myself and learning!!!

Above: A lil bit of spice for Valentine's Day... 👀

I've been watching a lot of Dark Souls gameplay recently and love the Firekeeper's design from DS3. So naturally I drew it.

A coupla fat cuties! :3 I took the chance to draw them in some super adorable outfits.

Thank you for the request Alix! >w<

I've drawn human-Sylveon in the past, but wanted to try designing a different pokemon and thought Umbreon would be fun. >:3c

Thank you for the request Anne!

Now moving onto ink and sketchbook drawings...

Watched Redline for the first time and fell in love with Sonoshee! Also this movie has stunning animation, highly recommend watching it if you haven't already!

Face angles are so tricky, don't quite have the hang of them just yet!

Poses, poses, and more poses! I love browsing instagram for photos to practice drawing poses from.

 ❤ ❤ ❤

I hope you enjoyed this sketchdump! ^_^ Thank you so much for your support! >w< If you'd like to request something for me to draw just leave your suggestion in the comments and I'll give it ago during the week and post what I came up with in the following sketchdump. I can't guarantee that I'll draw every single one though I do encourage you to leave a request!

I feel you on forcing yourself to draw poses that are intimidating! It's so hard to break away from your comfort zone, especially when the end product just doesn't look the way you want it to. I'm loving seeing all your attempts here! Plus the fat girlies are SO CUTE and I'm really happy to see you drawing more varied bodies :)

I adore your plus size ladies so so much!! I hope someday you make some prints or a postcard with some curvy babes on them n.n All these different poses are wonderful! Well done Vicki!!
