Since we're now fully immersed in the fall season, I wanted to create something that would fit that warm and cozy mood. Rich colors like red, orange, yellow and brown immediately come to mind so I used that palette as the main force for this piece. I aimed to capture a look that was soft yet vibrant. I wanted the colors to feel inviting but not overpowering. It was a tricky balance to strike, but looking to nature for help answered my questions. I mainly drew inspiration from raspberry bushes because their leaves and fruit display a myriad of colors without feeling overwhelming. I think the final result feels both subtle and opulent, a calm sweet spot.
