Ibilis (Character Exploration) (Patreon)

For Ibilis' design I wanted something less humanoid, but capable of expressing more emotion than Deth'lamm. She is meant to resemble a teru teru bozu, those Japanese paper ghosts. For the snakes I wanted something like Gwyndolin from Dark Souls and kind of a Medusa thing at the same time.Her cloak design I took it from Queen Cobralia, a character from a little comic strip I made years ago.

Ibilis quickly became her own thing, and I had fun giving the snakes more expressiveness in the latest episode.
