Static has two by way of Ebon & Hot Streak. Obviously there's the light and dark symbolism with Ivan & Virgil, but the big reflection with them is that Virgil used the Big Bang to do good while Ivan went the stereotypical villan route. Francis is more of a dark mirror to Static in his civillan life.
