I'm currently reading The Marvellers by Dhonielle Clayton - a YA fantasy, magic adventure set in a school I'm also rereading Powers of Darkness: The Lost version of Dracula by Bram Stoker. It's the English translation of the Swedish translation with new plot lines and characters. The differing plot may be based on earlier versions or notes or could be the work of the translator. It's a wild read, and I think I knew it better than the original. Parable of the Sower is next on my list. I just need to snag my copy from work to bring home. I recently read EK Johnston's The Queen's Hope and thoroughly enjoyed it but got a little lost in the politics. Mackenzi Lee has an upcoming book about The Winter Soldier: Cold Front. I think it's set in the 1950s. She also has a Loki novel, and one about Nebula and Gamora that I'll probably get soon.

I've been reading the Mitch Rapp series by Vince Flynn for a number of years. Currently I'm on Enemy of the State. It's an action packed series about a small group of CIA employees operating mostly in the middle east and also dealing with terrorism in the states. I also just bought Where The Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens. I'll admit I hadn't heard of the book before I saw the movie preview but am looking forward to reading it.
