Geek History Lesson just got back into the MOVIE RETROSPECTIVE GAME with our episode celebrating the 40th anniversary of CONAN THE BARBARIAN! It was such a blast recording we’re looking forward to celebrating some other film anniversaries later this year. On the docket coming up, you ask? Why there’s MOAR MARVEL EPISODES (I can see your shocked face as you read this!), and even some new STAR WARS EPISODES because we all know KENOBI is right around the corner!

Programming note: in June we are going to be taking a 1 WEEK BREAK (which we do every year), to celebrate Jason’s birthday. Have no fear! We will be curated suggested playlists and episodes for you to revisit, but we always take this break off so we wanted to remind you.

#MarvelClub is officially live! Our first episode is up for everyone at the MARVEL CLUB LEVEL or higher. It’s a retro review of DOCTOR STRANGE (2016), with our video review of DOCTOR STRANGE IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS releasing right around the corner. We wanted to delay our release of the episode a couple weeks to give as many Super Friends the opportunity to watch the movie in theatres before we wade into FULL SPOILERS TERRITORY and we most certainly do.

Geek History Lesson Extra this month is all about looking forward to the future. Most of the major releases this month - and by association, the characters we are covering - are dealing with the future of their franchise. We’re in a season of adolescence. It’s a lot of growing pains and we’re making sure we put our prediction caps on so in a few years from now you can see how right we were all along! All kidding aside, it’s pretty amazing to get messages from listeners letting us know we predicted the events of the LOKI series on Disney+ and DOCTOR STRANGE IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS whilst podcasting years ago. Who says we’re not Time Lords?!

JASON AND JEREMY JAWING ABOUT JUSTICE LEAGUE is back in business with our FIRST EVER REGULAR EPISODE GUEST! Ashley Victoria Robinson joins us in the Watchtower this month as your regularly scheduled programming resumes and we talk about the season 2 episode premier - TWILIGHT! The latest Jason and Ashley’s Excellent Adventures is back-back-back-back-back again dropping a new episode NEXT THURSDAY! This episode was a request by a Patron and asks Jason for advice on leaving the military. He shares his experiences (good and bad), and offers unique insight on what this change looks like. If you read SUPER SOLDIERS and are interested in hearing him expand on his stories about what it was like when he left the military this is an episode you are not going to want to miss!

Secret Mail Level patrons are getting a collection of STICKERS this month! We’re sending you some super fun SuperMan stickers! We asked “What is the opposite of #MarvelClub?” and we came up with DC’s flagship hero - Superman. Ashley’s Play opens next month!
