Just listened to the commentary and it was great. It's been far too long since I've watched this movie. I like your comment about how Star Trek should always be about looking forward. Personally, I want to see a series that takes place years after the event in Star Trek (2009) that destroyed Romulus. What does a galaxy with Romulan refugees look like? And would a child Romulan saved by the Federation ever join the Federation? That could be interesting. (p.s. The aquarium scenes were shot at the Monterey Bay Aquarium)
