When making flags always be careful to not overdo the folds and details, or everything will get very messy. For the movement, when not sure always remember sine waves.

In isolation, yeah a bit. But if this were part of a larger scene with other animations going on I think it would look a lot better.

maybe he should have applied another technique, the one dealing with 'smaller than one pixel' animation. Do not worry about your criticism; some people are too sensitive to them
