BAB June (Patreon)

Sorry for the delay on that one. I had a hard time with this one. Still not conviced, but I have to call it done. 

You can see my way on tackling this specific Char Concept in the 8 pics. But I additionaly discribe my thoughts in the following lines:

1. Briefing. As you already know I got your gathered your ideas.

-Minotaur, Bodybuilder, 2m tall, thick stocky dick, buzzcut, crazy bodyhair, rune tattoos and tribals, sassy character

I always start drawing the face and get a ruff idea on paper

2,3 and 4. once I like an idea I take it and refine it

5 and 6. The refined face get some add ons and I mess around with shapes which could be cool as horns. I just go with randome stuff, cause you never knew what strikes your imagination afterwards. While doing so I got drawn to shapes that look like greec helmets, which I found to be a unique approach. Unfortunatly it didn't fit minotaur esthetics so I scraped the idea and went for more deer shaped horns in the end, but I kept the helmet idea in the back of my head, cause it could be a nice pattern.

7. I doodled his body and face in different angles to get a feel for him and messed around with the final pose as well. 

8. Because he is a sassy one I thought about makeing him envy green or a flirty red. I incorporated gold as well since it reminded me of those helmets I talked about earlier. So I gave him gold pattern on his face to get the helmet look I was thinking about. Additionaly I picked gold for some minor parts of his body as well to make the theme coherent.

I am not super happy about this design but I hope some of you guys might like it.
