So yes, ending it on a cliffhanger does kind of suck, BUT I actually think it was perfect. I honestly think if it had stopped even five seconds later, it wouldn't have had as much of an impact because the important part of this was the fact that Jinx shot the rocket. That was what mattered most to THIS story that's being told. The aftermath and the consequences of her shooting that rocket will matter more to the next story, you know what i mean? As for the council, here's my prediction: The robot dude? Dead. The bald chick with the clockwork cogs around her neck? Dead. The guy that couldn't ever figure out the childrens toy that mel gave him? Dead. The random blonde guy? Dead. Caitlyn's mom? Dead because caitlyn will have more of a reason to be against Jinx no matter what Vi says if her mom is killed by jinx and since that makes for a better story, thats what they're going to do. Jayce? Alive. Viktor? Alive. Mel? Well, that could go either way, but i think that she is going to die because that would give Jayce more of a reason to pop off and team up with her mother who you know is all about the war. Also Silco somehow fucked around and became my favorite character. Like yes he is a bad guy but he has his reasons for it. And even if he's a bad guy, he's still a good dad who loved Jinx completely. All she wanted was to be accepted for who she is NOW because she cant just be powder again because powder IS Jinx. They're the same person. This is just who she is now and the ONLY person who accepted her and loved her for who she is was Silco. He could have said some petty manipulative shit after Jinx shot him, but did he? Hell nah. He knew exactly how she'd be feeling because he understood her and so with his last words he said, "I never would have given you to them. Not for anything." because he knew she has abandonment issues and he reassured her that he never would have and would always put her before everything. Then he said, "Don't cry. You're perfect." to convey that he didn't blame her and forgave her for shooting him, that he didn't want her to be sad for it. And the "you're perfect" was one last reassurance that she didn't have to be anyone but herself, that he loved her for her. Like, going from episode 3 when you think, "Man i hate this guy!" to episode 9 when you're legit sad that he dies is one hell of a character arc.
