Agatha is doing all of this for Wanda's kids, she's definitely malevolent intent in the show. Everything about her since the beginning has been iffy, also noticed how she sprayed the kids with perfume when they were baby? She's been pushing Wanda to have kids for a reason.

The commercial in this episode was for an antidepressant called Nexus. The term “Nexus” has ties to the Marvel Comics. The Nexus is a cross-dimensional gateway which provides a pathway to any and all possible realities, this includes realities between realities. Essentially, it is a doorway to the multiverse. With that knowledge, now read the Nexus ad voiceover and you can see that it is very telling, and speaks to a much larger reveal on the horizon: “Feeling depressed?
