Never intended to watch this movie but this reaction is a perfect opportunity to understand how bad of a movie it was. I think the most offending part was definitely Dakota Johnson's flat and abysmal acting. It's like she learned how to read lines a day before. Sony got some hits like Across the Spiderverse but they need to stop with their SSU cause they got more flops than hits. I say that but I also think it’s very true with the MCU, not to the same level of quality but man the MCU had some really awful movies lately too… like I don’t see many people calling out Thor Love & Thunder which imo is the worst MCU I’ve seen in a while. I think there’s a lot of bias going around and people shouldn’t be afraid to call as spade a spade.
