So couple of things. Yaw know who Nathan Summers grows up to be right? You know, Cable? The blonde girl that Morph turned into with the Russian accent is Illyana Rasputin. She's Colossus' younger sister. And she is a very powerful magic user in her own right. Hence he code name Magik. My theory on why Rogue is spending so much time with Magneto is because he's teaching her how to master her ability so she could touch people.
