WIP previews, more previews at 10 $ tier (Patreon)

The 10 $ tier will now get occasional work in progress early previews. These previews may clip, stutter, wobble or look shit. They may not always be worth the money, but they are a little thank you for those generous people who give me extra support. I’m not sure yet how often I will post them, but I’ll aim for least once/month. For now, I posted another loop and a still from the upcoming animation for the 10 $ tier. It’ll be a challenge to try not to spoil too much with them 😅.

I gave myself a challenge to create new head rigs for this animation. Reusing old heads sped up the process, but they don’t always do the job perfectly, and I was getting out of touch of drawing faces. Losing the ability to quickly lipsync and use other premade controls is the big disadvantage, but it doesn’t matter so much in this animation. So far, I’ve created 11 new head rigs...

As you can see in the preview, I’m experimenting with AI generated backgrounds. Maybe someday AI will take my job 😬, but for now it’ll speed up creating boring backgrounds a lot, if I can get it right.

As I said in the last post, this animation will not focus on a specific character, but will have lots of popular minor characters and some OCs from the community.
