water illusion (Patreon)

So I have an idea of Asra making a water illusion of Jin to cope with grief of them dying. I sketched out a concept on my phone (which is now deleted because I didn't like how it looked lol) But when I got to the computer I tried it out again. (also sorry it's so small???)

While I really meant to focus on Jin (the subject) I actually really liked how the background came out. I did basic blocking like I've seen other environment artists do, and it really helped out.

attached is the process video exported from the CSP file. Also attached is the picture and the background only. Actually before even doing this art piece I looked at Asra's CGs and did a study on their magician place portal (??) the study isn't exactly finished because ADHD got me, but here it is:
