Caesar Zeppeli but a fish (Patreon)

I was thinking that as a fish it would be easy to use bubbles with Hamon but I didn't realize HOW he would produce to bubbles. Technically he could just move really fast and produce bubbles that way.

Also in this universe Hamon is a mix of electricity and magic. I wanted to try drawing it out lol

To get the blur effect, I saved Caesar by himself so all the layers could be compressed and then imported it into the file. I used CSP to motion blur it and erased everything but the tail.
