sketch val commission (Patreon)

I'm always embarrassed about my sketches because they're so messy, because I'm heavy handed. Lines are always overlapping. Parts have been scribbled over 5+ times. On my own I don't mind it at all. 

However! Even though my sketches are very bold and extremely dug in. Being defined like this helps me in cleaning it up later.

As you can see that when I draw the wheels, I'm not super concerned on making it neat, because I'll clean it up later when I finish. I do a lot of erasing and redrawing when I do sketches. Or if I'm drawing it in ink, no erasing and I suffer like men.
