This is a smaller download, apologies, but the last on my list to finish before moving on to new meshes.

The first TS4 CC I released on my own was my Saddle Seat Set. The bridles--great still. The saddle? I'm not proud of it. I've manipulated that saddle mesh a lot more since and I can do better. So I did. Both can exist in game but this one is slightly smaller and slimmer. And also with stirrup options. I got rid of the 3D stirrup strap in favor of including the other textures that are included in every saddle edit and some of those have the 2D strap.

Anyway, I also made a mane ribbon. It fits my long mane as seen in the screenshots. Depending on the horse, sometimes it'll fit nicely under my bridles' browbands but sometimes it won't. I was originally going to include more SSO hair with this release but there were more than one that could potentially work with it. So I'll release this now, I gave it a mane that does work with it, and then continue with the SSO conversions at a less stressed pace.

In this post:

  • Saddle seat saddle v2 (stirrup versions included)
  • Mane ribbon (forelock)*

Download files at bottom of this post!

*This functions as a forelock. It is in the forelock slot and uses the forelock 2D map space. Therefore I will not be moving it out of that slot. Any CC of mine that uses the Hat accessory slot is cloned from the head wreath which does not hide the forelock. If a Hat accessory of mine is hiding the forelock, please let me know.

This concludes my planned saddle seat CC. I know there are few more things I could make but now I feel like I covered both the basics and what I'd personally want in game. It's not a very popular RP discipline and I never feel like I should make these types of releases exciting but I don't know; maybe for someone this was the one thing they were missing.

Usual stuff: meshes are relatively high poly, will deform with some morphs, follow TOU, feel free to add swatches/make recolors as long as result is kept free (no early access) and credit is given. Saddle is edit of MM's SSO dressage saddle conversion.
