안녕하세요. Kumasteam 입니다.

요즘들어 그림 관련이 아닌 게시글을 작성 하는 일이 많네요.

이번에 드릴 말씀은 다름이 아니라 

4월에 약간의 휴식시간을 갖기로 했습니다.

아래에서 다시 말씀 드리겠지만, 4월에는 보상이 조금, 많이 줄어들수 있다는 점 미리 알려드려고 합니다

어느 새, Patreon 및 Fanbox를 운영한지 3년이 되었네요.

그 동안 업로드 기한을 맞추지 못한적이 자주 있었지만, 나름의 방침으로 휴재는 가능한 지양하는 방식으로 운영을 해왔습니다.

단순히 그림을 그리는게 재미 있기도 했고, 제 실력으로는 남들보다 더 열심히 해야 한다는 생각으로 내린 운영 방침이었으나

요즘들어 계속해서 작업 효율이 떨어지고, 번아웃에서 좀처럼 회복이 되지 않는 제 자신을 보게 되었네요.

돌이켜 생각해보면 그동안 제게 있던 여러 사건 사고로 신체적, 정신적으로 많이 몰려 있는 상태였던것 같습니다.

많은 시간 고민을 해봤지만, 더 이상 방치하면 안되겠다는 생각에

잠시 회복도 할겸, 좀 더 배우는 시간을 갖는게 좋을것 같다는 결정을 내리게 되었습니다.

위에서 말씀드린것과 같이 이번 4월에는 평소보다 줄어든, 소정의 보상을 계획중입니다.

(5월 부터는 정상적으로 운영됩니다.)

완전한 보상을 전달해 드릴수 없는 점. 미리 죄송하다는 말씀을 드리며,

평소와 같은 보상을 원하시는 후원자께서는 이번 4월 한달은 잠시 결제를 중지해 주셨으면 합니다. 

5월에는 완전한 모습으로 다시 돌아오겠습니다. 

번거롭게 해드려 죄송합니다.

What I'm going to tell you this time is 

I decided to have a little break in April.

As I will tell you again below, I would like to inform you in advance that the Rewards may be reduced a little or a lot in April

It's already been three years since I've run Patreon and Fanbox.

There have often been times when the upload deadline has not been met, but we have operated in a way that avoids the suspension as much as possible according to our own policy.

It was fun for me to draw, and it was an operation method that I decided because I had to work harder than others due to my lack of skills.

These days, I've been seeing myself constantly inefficient and rarely recovering from burnout.

Looking back, I think I've been physically and mentally exhausted from various accidents that I've had.

I thought about it for a long time, but I thought I shouldn't leave it unattended

I decided that I needed some time to recover.

As I said above, I am planning a small amount of Rewards this April, which is less than usual.

(It will be operated normally from May.)

For those who want Rewards as usual, please stop paying for this April month. 

I'll be back in full shape in May.
