Slight Tier Reward Adjustment (Patreon)

I slightly altered the tier rewards.

Patrons of $10 now get TWO extra votes instead of just one. So $10 patrons get three votes in total, while $5 patrons get one.

Also, early access to the monthly poll result will only be available to patrons of $5 and higher, since they were the ones who voted on it.

Patrons of $2 still get early access to most of my artwork.

Hopefully this is a good balance going forward. I appreciate all of your support!
