love Andor but Death Note has my vote. It would be a much different experience from what you are used to watching and I'm here for it.

I’m very much surprised Holden doesn’t realize how similar he was to Matt like I remember him and Matt watching the Harry Potter movies and Matt would say the first movies seemed childish and Holden would say not really and now here we are with the tables turned with Holden watching Clone Wars and Avatar saying how childish it was and started liking it, you could say he indirectly became the new Matt

Death Note for sure! As much as I love Star Wars, I think death note is a great intro to anime, which opens so many doors for interesting and unique stories.

I want a Korra react too but with the adult Aang and gang timeline story movie coming up in the spring, I thinks its best to wait as to watch in chronological order. bring on Andor!

Idk I feel like there’s plenty of Star Wars content already, Death Note would be a nice successor to an animated show like ATLA - would also love to see Attack on Titan at some point, I feel like the characters and maturity of the show is right up your alley

I don't watch the ATLA reactions (I've seen very little of the show), but since people are talking about what shows they want Holden and Jen to watch, I have to go with 'Andor.' It's only 12 episodes, but it is some of the most mature and profound Star Wars material that we've ever gotten. I highly recommend it.

I know you are talking about Andor, which I did enjoy a lot. However, consider the 2004 reboot of Battlestar Galactica. It started with a 2-part miniseries in 2003 and then later a 4 season series. I'll have to check out Death Note. I've never heard of it.

Andor is the Star Wars equivalent to the Wire or Band of Brothers: Brutal, realistic, moments of levity but tense AF due to very real stakes. S tier writing, seamless set design, well paced and some of the best acting I've ever seen, like, whoa...!
