Holden the first body that you see with all the dead “presumed Jedi”, resembles master Tera Sinube. The old Jedi master with the white lightsaber that helped ahsoka retrieve her own lightsaber in that short arc in the clone wars. Though it’s not confirmed to be him yet, the resemblance is there.

Damn seeing ol Tere Sinube dead like that hurt. We never knew what happened to him after order 66. There it is.. RIP

So glad you guys are liking the show. A few other reviewers I watch have trashed this episode and I thought it was a good.

I agree, I thought the episode was good. Most of the people who I've seen not like the episode seem to have set their expectations way too high for what they wanted from the show. Don't get me wrong, there are things I want to see in the show, but I'm not going to say it's the fault of the team behind it if they don't give it to me. Speculation is fun, but it is important to never turn it into expectation. Otherwise, you'll constantly be disappointed.

I feel bad for the actress who plays Reva cuz she’s been dealing with racist comments tweeted at her I still think there’s more to Reva. Also I heard there’s a possibility their going to making a second season. Even Mcgregor said he had so much fun he wouldn’t mind doing another season

Hey Holden, I absolutely agree with you on Jedi rules about attachments and possessions. It remind me of dogmatic rules in religion where you also tend to see a lot of hypocrisy. I've always thought for years now, that the Jedi are critically flawed. I always found it hard to believe that nobody knew about Anakin and Padme. I feel like it was the biggest open secret within Senate and Jedi temple. And if that's happening, what other corrupt behaviors are being ignored out of convenience?

Anthony Daramola

As much as I love the stories, I'm not crazy about a second season. Sometimes you should have a masterpiece, and end it like that. Not dilute the quality of the IP until nobody cares. (ie. recent Star Wars Movies). But I'm always down for more Star Wars content, just not double dipping in the Obi-Wan well.

I am like Holden. Like I want so much more Star Wars...I feel like this is just a taste. And it is making me hungry for more!

Hey Holden, I am glad you guys are enjoying the show so much. While I too yearn for more star wars, I am having major problems with the writing in this show. There are so many plot conveniences, plot armor, and mischaracterization of established characters that rub me the wrong way. There are plenty of instances where Reva could of used her special ability (Mind Read) to uncover answers i.e Uncle Owen, Haja, Tala. While I thought the Vader scene in Episode 3 was amazing, him letting Obi Wan get rescued because there is fire in between them doesn't track well especially since he doused fire earlier in the episode. Also couldn't he have just forced pulled him towards him, or just force jump over the fire. At this time Vader was at his most rageful, in the recent comic runs he would of never of just let him go. Also a massive plot hole was created when Reva told Obi Wan that Anakin was alive. Obi Wan and Yoda both watch a hologram of Sidious anointing Anakin as Darth Vader. So unless Obi Wan had never heard of Vader in 10 years I don't believe that makes sense. Also Leia in A New Hope sent a hologram and was addressing Ben Kenobi as if she didn't know him personally, but clearly in this show she knows he is Obi Wan Kenobi and his Alias as Ben Kenobi. Lastly the whole point of the Inquisitors, was to find force sensitives, if a 10 year old is able to resist your "special ability"(mind read) why wouldn't you test her midi-chlorian count immediately? But anyways love the content!

“I bet you some of these people are in like rebels”. Actually the first guy they focus on is from the clone wars. He’s the old Jedi who helped Ahsoka find her stolen lightsaber.

I know you mean Ahsoka but I couldn't help mentioning it

This show is better than Boba Fett but worse than Mandalorian. I think if you want great obi Wan stories that explore Obi Wans character, just watch Clone wars... they do a similar plot of revenge 10x better (no spoilers but you know if you know). Think Reva isn't intimating at all and is actively taking story away from Vader, ik its a cliche but would have rather had an episodeof flash backs with Obi Wan and Anikin than this episode, feel like Haden is being waisted thus far. Love the actress playing Leia she is so adorable and plays off Obi Wan well but so far not impressed

Here’s my theory. The Star Wars property is too big. Part of the reason The Mandalorian worked is because it’s a new character, and less chiefs in the mixing bowl. Plus Dave Filoni and John Favreau have the gravitas and the resume to be final decision makers. With the new trilogy, Boba Fett, and even Obi-Wan, I’m sure everyone has an opinion which turns into massive notes from Kathleen Kennedy’s team who are also probably receiving their own notes. Eventually you have a watered down finished product. I see it all the time with amazing graphic Novels that turn into just ok or bad movies. Another example, “Rogue One” in my opinion was a very good movie. I think part of the reason why is because Disney was experimenting, and gave the resources to the film maker and let them do their thing.
