I'm returning to finish off my God in the MCU series I did a year ago (can't believe it's been that long!)

For those of you unfamiliar with this series, I try to give a recap at the beginning of this video. I highly recommend checking it out on my channel if you haven't seen it yet though.

Hey Holden! Great video, I really love this series. I wonder if there is a concise way to address that, while I totally agree that the movies aren’t anti-Christian programming or propaganda, there are likely some intentional or unintentional parallels to God/Jesus/The Bible in these films (and a lot of other popular media). We live in a society that, for better or worse, is heavily influenced by Christian beliefs and values, and modern storytelling makes good use of the pervasiveness of those themes and stories. So, yeah, there are parallels to these things—but it isn’t nefarious. It just IS.

I talked about that in another video. So much of our culture has been influenced by Christianity that it's just a part of secular culture as well. I think that's absolutely fair to say.
