After a back and forth with Curry’s where they tried to blame me for damaging the software with a virus and charge me loads, my much more able BIL (who is working towards a PHD in computing and teaches it at University) stepped in for me and spoke to them. They have finally agreed that there is a hardware issue and have sent my laptop to be fixed for free, as it’s still under warranty. The latest I would get it back they said is the 12th of November. So it looks like reactions will take a little longer than I hoped. Thank you all for being so patient and I really hope my laptop drama comes to an end soon! I am getting show withdrawals loll ❤️
