1st remember to delete your old version of Serinion_Love_Apples

Three files for you to choose from, depending on your game.

  • The candy apple tree and all the gameplay with the apples hanging from the tree are combined in the Merge file.  [Serinion_Love_Apples_Merge]
  • Only download the [Serinion_Wedding_Tree] file if you want the default Tartosa's tree to serve as a wedding arch without the Love Apple gameplay.
  • Download [Serinion_Wedding_Tree and Serinion_Love_Apples] if you want the default wedding tree skin, without the hanging apples. But that you want to keep the Love Apples gameplay.
  • Animation of hearts on apples is less bland.
  • The new buff works correctly now

  • New icons for tooltips

Object description:

Love Apples game mod

This new mod in the city of Tartosa will allow poor unfortunate souls to find love faster by getting a dream physique, in addition to being able to have a country wedding.

Usage tips:

Simple operation, the tree in Tartosa now offers wedding game-play as with a traditional wedding arch, thus adding game-play to the city.

This mod also brings a visual improvement to the tree which now has Love Apples hanging from its branches.

The Love Apples in addition to having a unique and magical visual. All obese Sims eating this will get a flirty mood and they will get an Apollo body at the same time.

Hi Serinion, I want to say thank you, as I've said before. But in full honesty, this particular creation feels... wrong. I know that this is just a game, but games, tv shows, stories affect our perceptions in life. As I read the description, I initially thought what a great idea it is to have the tree functional for weddings. But my feelings about this kind of soured, which I have never felt about your creations before. Something about seeing depressed, bigger sims magically change into slim, happy sims doesn't feel right to me. And I am a naturally slim person. Many people are not, through no doing of their own-- but whether or not their size is their "doing", they deserve a different story to be told than the same old " skinny = happy" or "skinny = beautiful". I think if you offered a version of this that did not include the Love Apples, or gave the Love Apples a different purpose than being an instant diet pill, that would be kinder. Your mods are your own, of course, to create as you please. This is just my *hopefully* constructive criticism.

Hello, sorry to have hurt you, my goal was absolutely not to hurt you. I was just in the process of incorporating a new in-game feature to this tree that already existed in-game with slimming potions. It would have been weird to see a candy apple turn your sims into an overweight person. It would be less "magical"

I am obsessed with this tree working as a wedding arch! But Im not really vibing with the apple aspect of it as it seems too fairytale for my personal liking. Could you perhaps make the tree as a wedding arch seperate? :$

i really dont get why there are complaints about the fitness change. Many aspects of game play change fitness like spells and potions in the game. the mod is fine . I guess I can see a separate version, but I see nothing wrong with the concept of the mod.
