it only get better from here, keep in mind the working conditions at MAPPA were awful and they were getting these episodes done in 5-6 days (there was a lot of talk of canceling the season) so you might see a little flux in animation but it’s all still incredible

This gave us a look on the whole sukuna situation. Fake geto only sees him as a contingency if the prison realm failed, so that means he thinks only sukuna has a chance against gojo

The final product, esp the blu rays, is still pretty high quality. Most of the animation errors or problems that got left in are really hard to notice unless you have a trained eye. To the average viewer it'll look like a fully finished product. I wouldn't worry much about shifts in animation quality because it could (and has) been confused with intentional stylistic choices.

No spoiler of course. About Choso: please rewatch the first part of the last episode of the first season where they tell the story about cursed womb death paintings (Choso and his brothers). With that information in mind you will understand everything better (for example Choso in this episode mentioned other brothers in the high school right?). Rewatch episode 24 of season 1 so you fully understand what Choso is all about. You definitely missed some things regarding him. And, refresh your memory on Cursed Spirits and Curse Users, you forgot them lol. Also, when you get to episode 17, please try and find the Blu-Ray version that has the added cuts that were put in around March. The Crunchyroll episode does not have them so try and find the correct version of the episode

FYI the only really human-like cursed spirit is Mahito. Everyone else, if they're bad guys, they're probably a curse user, not a cursed spirit. Geto's brain might be a cursed spirit that can take over a human body though, I'm not sure...

Going back to the hidden inventory arc my boi Geto was spitting some Gospel to Gojo, trying to wising him up for the future and now we can see why. Geto was a influence to Gojo to get these kids to step up in a big way. The real battle starts to save everyone and rescuing Gojo sensei. 😎
